ShipDocs is a client-side web app that stores all data locally in your browser. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers.

Data Collection

ShipDocs does not collect any data. Specifically:

• No personal information is collected. We do not ask for or store your name, email, or any other personal data.
• No analytics or tracking. We do not use analytics services, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels.
• No ads. ShipDocs does not include advertising networks.
• No cookies. ShipDocs does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
• No account required. You do not need to create an account to use ShipDocs.

Data Storage

Order CSV files, including customer shipping addresses, are processed and stored only in your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you export or share it yourself.

Hosting and Server Logs

ShipDocs is hosted on Hetzner. Standard web server access logs (such as IP address, user agent, and request time) may be recorded for security and operational purposes. Application data is never uploaded to our servers.

Pro Tier

A Pro tier is planned for the future. There is currently no payment processing in ShipDocs.

Children's Privacy

ShipDocs is not directed at children. The app has no user accounts, no social features, and no data collection.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL.
